The images relating to the items are indicative, the characteristics of the objects delivered may be slightly different from the photos presented in the catalogue. Product Availability Barbarossa Tactical reserves the right to accept or reject orders placed and in any case until the goods are sold out. The items for sale may be temporarily unavailable, in which case Messrs. Customers will be notified via email within a maximum of seven days of receipt of the purchase order. In the event that the ordered item is no longer available, we avail ourselves of the right to cancel the request received, re-crediting any amounts paid. Prices The prices of the products displayed may include/exclude VAT. However, it is indicated on the page if value added tax is applied. Prices may be changed at any time, without notice. Payments The items ordered must be paid in advance via a payment method listed in "Payment Methods". Please remember to make payment within 3 working days. Shipments and returns The ordered items will be shipped with the shipping method chosen in "Shipping Methods". The goods travel at the buyer's risk, therefore Messrs. are advised. Customers that any complaint for damage to the goods must be communicated immediately upon receipt of the goods, signing the receipt with reserve indicating the type of damage. The Customer is protected by Italian legislation regarding the Right of Withdrawal (DL 15/01/92 n°50). The Customer has 15 days from delivery of the goods to return the items that do not satisfy him, by filling out the following form and inserting it in the package to be returned. The products must be correctly packaged in their original packaging, in perfect condition for resale, accompanied by the transport document in order to allow us to identify the customer. The costs for returning the products are borne by the customer, who is free to choose the carrier he prefers for the return shipment. Privacy Policy The Customer is protected by Italian legislation regarding the Privacy Policy (Legislative Decree 196/2003).
