In the event that the ordered item is no longer available, we avail ourselves of the right to cancel the request received, re-crediting any amounts paid. Customers that any complaint for damage to the goods must be communicated immediately upon receipt of the goods, signing the receipt with reserve indicating the type of damage. The Customer has 15 days from delivery of the goods to return the items that do not satisfy him, by filling out the following form and inserting it in the package to be returned. The products must be correctly packaged in their original packaging, in perfect condition for resale, accompanied by the transport document in order to allow us to identify the customer. The costs for returning the products are borne by the customer, who is free to choose the carrier he prefers for the return shipment.
