MILSPEC Ballistic, Lenses meet MIL PRF 32432A, Clause 4.8.4 Ballistic Fragmentation Protection
Complies with ANSI/ISEA Z87.1 2015 standard
Impact tested to withstand two hits from a .15 caliber bullet between 700-725 feet per second, without cracking, shattering or shifting.

Important information:

Photochromic lenses are temperature dependent; they appear darker in colder temperatures
Photochromic lenses use UV light from the sun to activate; they will not pass if restricted by the car windshield with UV blockers, under a hat or any other case where direct sunlight is not present
The VLT varies from 85% (light) to 15% (dark) in a transition time of approximately 60 seconds.
