TWO ZONE LACING FOR A CORRECT FIT
Thanks to the two-zone lacing, the laces of the forefoot and upper of the BREACHER N GTX MID can be adjusted separately. In this way it is possible to adapt the shoe to the specific anatomy of the foot and modify the lacing when going up and down.
CLOSED HOOKS WELL CLOSED SHOES THAT DO NOT GET CATCHED.

Footwear equipped with a GORE-TEX Extended Comfort Footwear membrane has long-lasting waterproofness and is particularly suitable for high temperatures.
FUNCTIONS
The shoe model is equipped with high-performance protection of the ankle area against injuries caused by external impact and is certified (additional requirement AN). The protection of the inner and outer ankles is ensured by a PORON® padding in the affected area. This material is characterized by a particularly high shock absorption. Ankle protection is particularly important in the military sector and for work in rough terrain.
You can lace the forefoot area and the upper in different ways.
The shoe is equipped with an exchangeable footbed for optimal individual adjustment and, in combination with the orthopedic insoles ErgoPad® work:x and ErgoPad® work:h+ from BAUERFEIND®, is certified and approved for use as occupational footwear in accordance with DIN EN ISO 20347:2012.
The shoe features closed-shaped hooks. The laces are guided securely and cannot fall out of the hooks. Closed hooks reduce the risk of the shoe getting caught on objects.
