Med Pouch Horizontal MK III® - Multicam Crye

Slightly modified and updated version of our HORIZONTAL MED POUCH. The biggest change is the more visible MED sign on the front which is laser cut into the Velcro® loop, which allows you to add various patches, including IR signs. The medical bag itself still has its most important features known from previous versions. The partially elastic outer case fits more medical equipment, while remaining very flat. Although the pouch was primarily designed to fit the back of our MOSQUITO Modular Belt Sleeve®, it can be used on any MOLLE/PALS compatible surface or on gun belts up to 45mm wide. The case features easy, ambidextrous access to the insert via non-slip Hypalon® extractors. The interior of the zippered insert is designed to hold first aid essentials in place in well-planned elastic loops. The Velcro® loop on the back of the insert allows you to attach our SHEARS pouch.
