Shipments and returns The ordered items will be shipped with the shipping method chosen in "Shipping Methods". The goods travel at the buyer's risk, therefore Messrs. are advised. Customers that any complaint for damage to the goods must be communicated immediately upon receipt of the goods, signing the receipt with reserve indicating the type of damage.
