Payments The items ordered must be paid in advance via a payment method listed in "Payment Methods". Please remember to make payment within 3 working days. Shipments and returns The ordered items will be shipped with the shipping method chosen in "Shipping Methods". The goods travel at the buyer's risk, therefore Messrs. are advised. Customers that any complaint for damage to the goods must be communicated immediately upon receipt of the goods, signing the receipt with reserve indicating the type of damage. The Customer has 15 days from delivery of the goods to return the items that do not satisfy him, by filling out the following form and inserting it in the package to be returned.
