Top Max - V3 EVO Nozzle Rod + Delayer

The V3 EVO pellet push rod! by TopMax Elaborazioni is made of a multi-polymer compound, industrially molded and mixed with other additives, in specific percentages provided by TopMax Elaborazioni. The multi-polymeric compound used makes the final product resistant, solid, flexible, long-lasting and light, furthermore it makes the product extremely performing on every type of preparation and ensures the right degree of elasticity and stiffness at the same time. The dimensions and characteristics of the pellet pusher rod are such as to guarantee the best possible smoothness inside the GearBox compared to other similar products on the market.

The V3 EVO pellet push rod! of TopMax Elaborazioni was designed based on the experience gained over the years, on the most disparate processing, and is marked by some unique features in the category:

- 45° chamfering of the corners that are generated by the lightening of the body of the pellet pusher rod to facilitate sliding and reduce problems related to any mold burrs present on the GearBox,

- self-lubrication recesses made with an axis parallel to the axis of movement of the pellet pusher rod itself,

- pre-engraved and angled cutting notches on the fin of the pressure rod for easy installation on any type of configuration inside the GearBox,

- height of the housing recess of the revised pellet nozzle, to have perfect axiality with the TopMax Elaborazioni air kit.

The STRESS-TESTS carried out on the V3 EVO pellet pusher rod! they were made with springs and ROF higher than those foreseen and by the Italian legislation on the matter, so the product will guarantee reliability, resistance, durability over time and very high performance even with decidedly advanced configurations.
