Kit of 6 low profile metal bushings machined from solid CNC with zinc carburizing treatment. Zinc hardening and carburizing treatments are carried out on the product machined from solid material, to improve structural hardness, surface smoothness and resistance to corrosion and friction. The external and internal profile of the TopMax bushings has been designed to be in line with the walls of the GearBox.

Technical Specifications of CZ 8.00mm bushings:

Nominal diameter – 8.00mm,

External diameter of the stop – 9.00mm,

Bore diameter for gear shaft – 3.00mm,

Total bushing height – 2.05mm.

To mount the TopMax bushings we recommend the use of our specific fixing glue TMCLLB, or alternatively, Loctite 496, and we strongly ADVISE against forcefully beating the bushings into place or other stratagems (see thermal expansion processes and similar), for avoid damage/breakage to the GearBox. Compatible with GearBoxes with low insertion counter-stop slot (most frequently low-cost GearBoxes such as Specna, Mako, dBoys, JingGong, Cyma and similar).
