Top Max - Top C Series Brass Cylinder - 39.50MM

Born from the collaboration between TopMax Elaborazioni and Merlino Custom Lab (for the dimensional specifications and drawings), the UNITUS DEIM Engineering Department and the UNITUS RACING TEAM (for the study of air volumes and moving masses), the TopMax Elaborazioni cylinders are made in Italy and have been designed considering the stroke of the 16-tooth sector gear. The line of BRASS cylinders from TopMax Elaborazioni is entirely made from CNC machined solid bars, and this allows for better management of the expansion/shrinking phases (due to overheating due to rubbing of the O-RING on the walls of the cylinder itself) of the finished product when it works in contact with the O-RING during firing cycles. The expansion/shrinkage memory effect of BRASS allows the O-RING of the piston head to work tightly without unnecessary effort even at high ROFs, providing greater reliability and consistency even in pulling.
