xCNC DELRIN shims made to manage the spring energy without having to replace it with a harder one. The kit is made up of 4 thicknesses, with different surface hardnesses, from 2.50mm. These shims must be inserted on the spring guide to manage the energy expressed by the spring used in the configuration, without having to replace it.
ITEM DETAILS
The kit consists of 2 shims in black DELRIN (medium hardness - 150br.c) and 2 shims in white DELRIN (high hardness - 170br.c). In addition to managing the energy of the spring, the installation of these shims allows you to mitigate the shocks and vibrations that are generated during the firing cycle due to the impact of the piston on the cylinder head, they also allow you to eliminate the metallic noise that derives from classic axial bearings.
