Cylinder head made of CNC ERGAL with anti-vibration design, air seal O-RING for the cylinder, elongated spout for a perfect air seal and interchangeable rubber PAD.

The ORANGE PAD is pre-mounted on this cylinder head, optimal for the original springs of the UMAREX/VFC MP7 AEG GEN1/GEN2 platform. The rubber with which the PAD is made favors the absorption of shocks and vibrations due to the impact of the piston, the thickness of the PAD is designed to guarantee a perfect AOE (angle of engagement) of the piston on the sector gear, and therefore avoid the use of shims under the piston head (also with a saving in weight and striking mass), the diameter of the PAD favors and assists the air seal on the cylinder, finally the innovative shape of the PAD together with the cone created on the body of the head cylinder, optimally conveys the air inside the elongated spout of the cylinder head, ensuring a faster and more precise air flow exit.

The size and position of the housing holes guarantee perfect adhesion of the front stop of the cylinder head, made of rubber, on the GearBox plates. The millings made on the upper part of the cylinder head body reduce and mitigate the vibrations resulting from the impact of the piston and guarantee the drastic reduction/elimination of the risk of breakages in the head of the GearBox plates. The spout of the cylinder head has an external diameter of 4.70mm and has a slight rounding at the tip for free sliding of the pellet pusher.

To obtain the maximum possible smoothness, we recommend coupling with TopMax pellet pushers. To mount the stop PAD we recommend using our specific fixing glue TMCLLP, or alternatively, using Loctite SuperAttack Gel or similar
