Top Max - BluePower Piston Head with Radial Bores in Derlin - High Rof - Short Rods

The shape of the front part of the BLUEPOWER piston head has been designed to further reduce the stress due to impact with the cylinder head PAD even at high ROFs. The BLUEPOWER head does not have the double sealing/centering O-RING, but has a small recess which reduces the contact surface with the inside of the cylinder, to reduce friction to a minimum. The total height of the TopMax piston head is standardized to the dimensions of the other piston heads on the market. The ERGAL and DELRIN insert for fixing the piston head on the piston is slightly shorter than the standard market size, to be able to use the TopMax piston head on any piston on the market.

The BLUEPOWER piston head has a narrower compression chamber than that of the REDPOWER to have a faster O-RING opening time during compression and guarantee full compression of the cylinder's air volume almost instantaneously as soon as the O -RING surpasses cylinder milling. In terms of air tightness and compression speed, the BLUEPOWER head is one of the best performing piston heads on the market.

Usable on any configuration, from low-ROF to high-ROF, we still recommend using the BLUEPOWER head on high-ROF configurations with medium-short internal barrels, to be able to take advantage of the early compression that comes from the position of the anti-vacuum holes. The STRESS-TESTS carried out on the BLUEPOWER piston head were carried out with springs higher than those required by law, so the product will guarantee reliability and performance even with more advanced configurations.
