The WHITE piston head is made of CNC DELRIN to specific measurements by TopMax Elaborazioni. The weight, incredibly low at 3.27 grams net, and the DELRIN structure make this piston head reliable, long-lasting and incredibly suitable for any type of configuration. The WHITE piston head is made with axial-internal anti-vacuum holes and radial exit holes, which allow better distribution of the air on the sealing O-RING, speeding up its expansion during the compression phase.

ITEM DETAILS

The shape of the front part of the WHITE piston head has been designed to generate a light air cone which guarantees better and greater compression of the air volume inside the cylinder. The stroke on the PAD of the cylinder head is reduced compared to the piston heads available on the market from other manufacturers, to better and more gradually distribute the impact given by the piston stroke. The total height of the TopMax piston head is standardized to the dimensions of the other piston heads on the market. The ERGAL and DELRIN insert for fixing the piston head on the piston is slightly shorter than the standard market size, to be able to use the TopMax piston head on any piston on the market.

The STRESS-TESTS carried out on the WHITE piston head were carried out with springs higher than those required by law, so the product will guarantee reliability and performance even with more advanced configurations.
