Top Max - Sunpower Piston Head with Radial Holes in Derlin for MP7 AEG/UMAREX GEN1-GEN2

The SUNPOWER piston head is CNC-made in DELRIN to specific measurements by TopMax Elaborazioni. The DELRIN structure makes this piston head reliable, long-lasting and incredibly suitable for any type of configuration. The SUNPOWER piston head is made with axial-internal anti-vacuum holes and radial exit holes, which allow better distribution of the air on the sealing O-RING, speeding up its expansion during the compression phase. The size and position of the radial holes is specifically designed to obtain an optimal compression phase of the O-RING while still maintaining stability, consistency and precision in the pull.

The shape of the front part of the SUNPOWER piston head has been designed to further reduce the stress due to impact with the cylinder head PAD even at high ROF. The SUNPOWER head does not have the double sealing/centering O-RING, but has a small recess which reduces the contact surface with the inside of the cylinder, to reduce friction to a minimum. The product is completed by the ERGAL and DELRIN insert for fixing the piston head on the piston.

The SUNPOWER piston head has a narrow compression chamber to have a faster O-RING opening time during compression and guarantee full compression of the cylinder's air volume almost instantly.

The STRESS-TESTS carried out on the SUNPOWER piston head were carried out with springs higher than those required by law, so the product will guarantee reliability and performance even with more advanced configurations. To obtain maximum performance we recommend combining it with the TopMax cylinder head.
