UNITY - FAST™ FTC Aimpoint Magnifier Mount - Black

FAST™ is a series of optical mounts and platforms that provide end users with a faster visual image than standard height mounts. An optical centerline height of 2.26 inches provides faster/easier reticle acquisition while wearing electronic headsets/communications headsets, night vision devices and gas masks and allows for faster visual processing of the field of battle by promoting a head-up posture. A head-up posture also helps users maintain a neutral spinal position that is more comfortable while wearing helmets, tacticals and other heavy gear.

FAST™ FTC Magnifier Mounts feature the first-ever Flip-To-Center (FTC) mechanism (patent pending), which provides stowage completely within the footprint of the firearm's receiver without obstructing the visual image of the host optics at all. This provides the highest optical capability with the lowest profile during all modes of operation. The revolutionary FTC feature completely solves the problem posed by traditional flip-up magnifier mounts (when deactivated, the magnifier hangs off the side of the weapon, creating a serious snag risk). FAST™ FTC magnifying glass holders completely eliminate this danger and use a force-to-override mechanism for a quick transition. Designed for Aimpoint® magnifiers (3XMag-1, 3X-C) and some other 30mm magnifiers.

FAST™ FTC magnifier mounts come complete with American Defense Manufacturing®'s patented Auto-Lock™ QD lever.
